4 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Truvo Pulse. Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Supabase
Database and authentication provider. Stores your account data, business profile, market snapshots, and alert history. Data stored in PostgreSQL with Row Level Security — you can only access your own data.
Cloudflare
Hosts the Truvo Pulse web application and API. All requests to our service pass through Cloudflare's network. API credentials are stored encrypted in Cloudflare Workers Secrets.
Google Places API
Provides publicly available business information: competitor names, ratings, review counts, addresses, and geographic coordinates. We also use Google Maps JavaScript API to render the competitor map in your dashboard.
Twilio
Sends one-time SMS verification codes to the phone number listed on your Google Business profile. Your phone number is used only for this verification and is not stored beyond the verification process.
Resend
Sends all outbound emails from hello@truvo.org — including welcome emails, weekly digests, and transactional notifications. Your email address is passed to Resend solely to deliver these messages.
Anthropic
Powers the AI-generated competitive insights in your dashboard. We send anonymized market data (competitor ratings, distances, threat scores) to Anthropic's Claude API. We do not send your name, email, or any personally identifiable information to Anthropic.
5 Data Storage and Security
- Database: All account and business data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Row Level Security ensures each user can only read and write their own records.
- API secrets: All third-party API keys and credentials are stored as encrypted environment secrets in Cloudflare Workers — never in source code or exposed to the browser.
- Transport security: All connections to console.truvo.org and our API are encrypted via HTTPS. We enforce TLS on every endpoint.
- No data sales: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose.
- Access controls: Only authorized Truvo Analytics personnel have access to production data, and only through authenticated, audited channels.
Despite our security measures, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at
contact@truvo.org.
6 Cookies and Local Storage
- Truvo Pulse uses localStorage (not cookies) to maintain your authentication session via Supabase. This keeps you logged in between visits without requiring you to sign in again.
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
- We do not use advertising cookies or participate in any ad network.
- We do not use analytics trackers (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
You can clear your localStorage data at any time via your browser's developer tools or settings. This will sign you out of Truvo Pulse.
